TJG acquires 41 Bromfield St with the vision of fully restoring the home

TJG has acquired the home at 41 Bromfield St.  Design by Scott Brown Architects will ensure that the home is renovated and restored with an expert eye towards Newburyport's historic fabric.  Consruction is slated to start in July 2024 with no date given for completion.  

The current vision for the home is a custom built single family with 3 beds and 3.5 baths.
