TJG Breaks Ground on their Lincoln St. project in Newburyport's Southend

TJG is breaking ground on their custom home in the heart of Newburyport's Southend.  Set out with the vision to bring to the area a home that embodies the soul of the Southend and is filled with every option and feature they could dream up.  8' tall basement ceilings all the way to the widow walk atop the 3rd floor just take the elevator that will shuttle you from top to bottom.

The existing historic home on the property built in the early 1900s is being preserved and fully renovated and restored as part of the overall project.  Historic homes in Newburyport are protected from demolition in order to protect the unique fabric of the historic community that is the foundation of Newburyport's identity and charm.
